Position Summary: Reporting to the EHS manager at our Birds Eye Foods manufacturing facility in Darien, WI. You will support the design, development, and implementation of the organization's environmental health and safety programs and procedures to safeguard employees and to ensure that all facilities are in compliance with regulations. Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with your team and subject matter experts to support the implementation of plant-specific EHS programs. Support project planning and execution for EHS programs, ensuring understanding of plant goals and implementation. Support the development and rollout of standardized safety programs tailored to plant operations. Coordinate internal EHS audits, including scheduling, reporting, and tracking corrective actions to closure. Support emergency preparedness programs, including evacuation drills and severe weather response plans. Develop and deliver EHS training content for plant personnel. Maintain and report important safety and environmental metrics (weekly, monthly, annually) to plant leadership. Be a resource for continuous improvement in safety culture and regulatory compliance. Perform accurate and timely data entry for safety records, audit findings, training logs, and compliance documentation. Serve as the first responder for the shift, providing immediate support during safety incidents or emergencies. Position Qualifications: HSD required. Bachelor's degree (Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or other related field) preferred 1+ years of experience Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory standards #LI-Onsite #LI-Associate #LI-BC1 Compensation: Pay Range:$42,000-$55,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
