Things You’ll Do Attend field job sites and review/monitor/safety compliance Get to know the workforce and build a relationship of trust Perform safety inspections of company facilities, production plants, and equipment, then follow up with stakeholders on findings Conduct safety trainings and attend site safety meetings Analyze and report on incident trends and functions as the safety expert on all safety related issues Ensure compliance with and administers OSHA, MSHA and USDOT regulations. Requirements Working knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations 3+ years of safety management experience The ability to establish trusting and partnered relationships with all people Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills Strong communication, organization, and collaboration An insurable driving record Bachelor’s Degree, safety-related is preferred but not required Benefits At Suncore, we value people.
