JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess relevant certificates (E.g: Advanced Certificate in WSH Safety Coordinators Training Course)
• Good understanding and knowledge on WSH Act & other legal requirements
• Familiar with ISO9K, ISO14k, OHSAS18K/ISO45K will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal skills and working attitude
• Candidates with experience in M&E Industry is an added advantage
• Good documenting and computer skills

• Ensure project works are conducted according to company’s regulation and assist in implementing company’s rules and regulations
• To ensure Permit-to-work, Method statement and Job safety Analysis are understood by site supervisors and workers
• Assist in identifying any unsafe condition / unsafe act & recommend / implement reasonably practicable measures to correct the situation
• Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are being carried out at all times
• Work closely with safety officer and safety personnel to ensure safety compliance are met
• Maintain good house-keeping of all safety and health records
• Follow up on all safety related issues
• Comply and assist in implementing the requirements of the WSH Act and all its subsidiary and statutory legal legislations
• Review, suggest and implement new methods to improve work flow
• Responsible for all the site matters including safety and other matters
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior
• Proper documents and record keeping into the company’s server
