Safety Coordinator | Kew Be part of a team creating a safer, more comfortable world for everybody. We’re looking for a Safety Coordinator to support the delivery of safety compliance across our retail network, partnering closely with Safety Advisors and retail teams to drive a strong safety culture. About the Role This is a hands on, fast paced role where you’ll play a key part in supporting safety operations across a large retail network. You’ll be responsible for managing incident reporting, training compliance, and supporting key safety initiatives, ensuring our teams are safe, informed, and compliant. Key Responsibilities Manage the HIIQA system, ensuring all incidents and hazards are reported, investigated, and closed within required timeframes Support incident investigations and analyse data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Coordinate and maintain training records, ensuring 100% compliance with safety inductions Facilitate and deliver safety inductions for new team members Track and support completion of safety compliance activities, including inspections and emergency drills Maintain accurate safety documentation, meeting minutes, and compliance records Assist in preparing safety reports, dashboards, and communications for the business Build strong relationships with retail teams to drive engagement and accountability for safety initiatives What You’ll Bring Experience in a similar coordination or administrative role (safety experience a bonus) Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage retail stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) A proactive, team oriented approach with a passion for health & safety Why Hanesbrands?
