OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace. This role is crucial in fostering a safe working environment, promoting safety awareness, and implementing effective training programs. The Safety Supervisor will collaborate with various departments to enhance safety practices and reduce workplace incidents.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a safety supervision role or similar position within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant health and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Experience in developing training programs focused on workplace safety.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on proactive hazard identification.
  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A commitment to fostering a safe work environment through continuous improvement initiatives.
