Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to

ensure a safe work environment.

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure

compliance with legal standards.

• Carry out risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for high-risk

activities.

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and

recommend corrective/preventive actions.

• Organize and deliver safety training sessions for staff, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of safety programs.
• Maintain records of safety-related incidents, training, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal occupational health and

safety regulations
