Key Responsibilities: Oversee safety and EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) compliance in IBMS projects, especially related to CCTV, CFS (Critical Facility Systems), and ACS (Access Control Systems) installations. Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections for all IBMS-related work at the site. Develop, implement, and monitor safety protocols and EHS procedures for project teams and contractors. Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventive and corrective actions. Provide safety and EHS training to staff involved in IBMS project execution. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with applicable safety regulations, codes, and company policies. Collaborate closely with project managers and site engineers to integrate safety considerations in day-to-day operations. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering (Safety, Electrical, Electronics, or relevant discipline). Minimum 5 years' experience in safety/EHS roles within IBMS environments (working with CCTV, CFS, ACS). Thorough knowledge of safety standards, EHS guidelines, and regulatory compliance in infrastructure/building management projects. Experience with implementation and management of safety processes for technology systems at sites. Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
