Role and Responsibilities: * Develop and implement OSHA programs * Design and deliver safety trainings * Investigate incidents and report * Conduct safety audits and inspections and perform risk assessments * Implement preventative measures and controls * Develop and review emergency response plans * Track/analyze and report safety data/KPIs and metrics * Promote a safety conscious culture and plan/develop safety programs/initiatives * Develop and maintain safety documentation and keep detailed, organized records * Ensure compliance with safety regulations Skill and Qualifications: * Spanish language proficiency * Proven work experience as a Safety Engineer or in a similar safety-related role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting * Ability to interpret safety data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement * Experience in designing and delivering OSHA programs and safety training programs * Proficiency in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations * Familiarity with safety equipment and technologies used to enhance workplace safety * Proficient in using safety-related software and tools * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and propose effective solutions * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
