We are currently looking for a Senior Safety Engineer for our Martfű plant!
The main goal of this position is to ensure accident-free work, to create, maintain, and develop a safe environment. REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher-level occupational health and safety qualifications (Occupational Health and Safety Engineer), or other engineering degree, e.g., Mechanical Engineer, with Occupational Health and Safety Technician certification.
• Fire safety qualification.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant professional (occupational health and safety) experience in an industrial-manufacturing environment.
• High level of English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Onsite work, both in office and plant environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
• Team player attitude, as well as the ability to work independently and make responsible decisions.
• Assertiveness, results-oriented approach, leadership vision and attitude, planning and organizational skills.

• Enforcing and developing occupational health and safety regulations.
• Operating and maintaining the ISO 45001 management system.
• Preparing and reviewing risk assessments and safety plans.
• Organizing and conducting occupational health and safety training.
• Organizing occupational health measurements and preparing related reports.
• Investigating occupational illnesses and accidents, and developing preventive measures.
• Carrying out and documenting occupational health and safety inspections.
• Updating internal regulations in accordance with legal requirements.
• Developing and raising awareness of occupational health and safety culture within the company.
• Participating in internal and external audits, and developing action plans.
• Reviewing technological and maintenance instructions from an occupational health and safety perspective.
• Supporting the plant’s occupational health and safety committee and performing central occupational health and safety tasks.
