LOOKING FOR A ROLE WHERE EVERY DAY MAKES A DIFFERENCE?

We’re looking for a proactive and driven professional to support our Risk Management, Compliance, and Governance team. In this role, you’ll work across departments to support business continuity, implement systems, and manage risk at all levels while strengthening our organisation’s governance and compliance framework.
You’ll need to be a self-starter, confident working autonomously, and comfortable improving processes to streamline the way we work. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership and truly make the role your own.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and support incident management across the group, including RIDDOR processes.
  • Collect, process, and analyse data to produce reports for senior leadership.
  • Provide administrative support to the Risk Management team, including reporting, meetings, events, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Liaise with operational teams to input accurate, secure, and compliant data into Keys Group systems.
  • Coordinate regular updates to Business Continuity documents like contact lists and plans.
  • Maintain registers, work plans, and systems to keep management informed of activities, performance, and risks.
  • Lead internal communications, working with Marketing and Communications as needed.
  • Support development of intelligence-led auditing and monitoring systems.
  • Monitor government updates on risk management and Health & Safety, advising senior leadership on policy changes.
  • Develop and distribute policies and tools to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Ensure implementation of Health & Safety and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain systems supporting Risk Management and assist Health & Safety advisors.
  • Collaborate with Estates and Compliance on Health & Safety and Fire Safety issues.
  • Undertake other duties as required, with role changes subject to consultation.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ROLE, IT IS NECESSARY FOR THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF CRIMINAL RECORD DISCLOSURE TO BE UNDERTAKEN (DBS).

Keys Group are very proud to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant that means we have made a commitment to welcoming service personnel, veterans and military families into the group. We are delighted to have veteran friendly policies, offer a Veterans Peer Support Network within our teams and are able to offer Military Awareness and support to our colleagues.
As part of our commitment, we will offer a guaranteed interview to current and former service personnel providing that they meet the criteria of the role that they are applying for. If you feel that you meet the criteria for this, please ensure that you have your military experience detailed on your CV for one of our resourcing team to get in touch.
