This strategic role requires deep expertise in SHE legislation and standards, driving continuous improvement and compliance. You'll collaborate across teams to shape a safer, more sustainable future aligned with business growth. This is some of what you can expect to be doing: Lead the way in shaping safer, smarter workplaces by evolving and embedding integrated management systems across health, safety, environmental, and quality standards Bring policies to life - you’ll guide their development, rollout, and ensure they’re not just written, but actively used and understood across the business Champion continuous improvement by preparing for audits, refining documentation, and closing policy gaps in areas like lone working and occupational health Collaborate with purpose - you’ll work with teams across the organisation to align policies with ESG goals and introduce practical safety solutions Make a real impact through project management, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex legislation into clear, actionable policies What you'll bring to the role:This role calls for a confident communicator with strong collaboration skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive safety excellence in a fast-paced environment.
