Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Advisor for Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) Supervision to join our team. In this critical role, you will lead our efforts to ensure compliance with SH&E regulations, develop and implement comprehensive safety programs, and foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across our organization. Under direct supervision, performs basic and routine duties in a wide range of environmental, health and safety disciplines to achieve compliance with the ES&H standards along with federal and state regulatory requirements. Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of safety and health programs, systems and procedures. Experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and developing corrective action plans Works with others to investigate accidents, injuries and complaints concerning hazards in the workplace. Expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and environmental impact assessment Proficiency in SHE management systems and relevant software tools Participates in recommending improvement in processes, design, procedures and equipment to minimize hazards. Participates in employee training, emergency preparedness and assures the quality of programs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in civil engineering or Environmental Science. Specialization in Safety/ NEBOSH, Industrial Safety, etc. Experience: 5-8 Years Additional Information Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments.
