Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in safety management and employee training within a chemical or process manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and PSM regulations.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training content.
• Proficiency with safety management systems and training software.
• Ability to influence across levels and lead cultural change related to safety and compliance.
