Job Description To assist SHO in explain, apply, and enforce policies based on the DOSH & DOE requirements at the plant to prevent Lost of Time Injuries (LTI) and any other asset damage. To assist SHO in analyze and report overall injuries and accidents at the plant and recommend corrective measures to minimize/ overcome these accidents. To perform follow-up sessions on safety matters cascaded and regularly monitor compliance of safety practices at the plant. Work with the relevant parties in developing safety and health policies and procedures throughout all departments. To control PPE Inventories. Ensure that all equipment adheres to the safety requirements and other tools necessary for the effective implementation of accident control. Regularly inspect plant facilities to ensure that they are in compliance with the government safety regulations. Ensure relevant parties understand and regularly practices safety and health procedures at the workplace. Obtain regular updates on DOSH & DOE requirements and assist in training internal staff and new recruits on safety and health requirements as part of orientation. To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time. Qualifications Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in occupational safety and health or equivalent.
