What do you get to do in this position? Perform risk analysis for operations such as: electric, ergonomic, job safety analysis, machinery, etc Assurance of safety controls in areas under responsibility. Coordination of multidisciplinary groups for problem solving and incident investigation Lead the safety training program and legal requirements for the operations. Process audits and safety walk-bys to prevent unsafe conditions and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead safety projects to reduce risk in operations Monitoring closure of action plans and projects Support for control and management of personnel in the various circumstances that arise. Plan, supervise, direct and engage in daily production operations, and anticipate production problems, (i.e., material shortages, equipment malfunctions, rush orders, etc.) Instruct, train, orient, motivate and otherwise assist employees so that production and quality objectives are achieved. This job might be for you if: Studying electrical, Industrial, mechanical or related engineering. bachelor's degree English intermedium - advanced is a must able to speak with native and no native English speakers fluently. Experience in manufacturing systems. Wide experience with union workers, operators and technicians. Ability for personnel management, group motivation and conflict management.
