Description SUMMARY: The Safety Manager at Bridgeways is a hands-on, accountable leader responsible for developing, implementing, and actively executing workplace safety programs across manufacturing and social service environments. This is not an advisory role—the Safety Manager directly manages, enforces, and participates in safety practices to ensure compliance with OSHA/WISHA, Washington State L&I, and all applicable regulatory and contractual requirements, while supporting aerospace manufacturing (AS9100) and social services operations. The role owns safety performance outcomes, documentation, and compliance readiness, and collaborates cross-functionally to maintain a safe, compliant, and well-managed work environment.
