Job Title : Safety Manager Location : Saudi Arabia Job Summary Our client is seeking a highly experienced and certified Safety Manager to lead HSE operations on a major project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing site-wide safety programs, with a Level 6 or higher safety certification and 5+ years of relevant experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Key Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or Diploma in Level 6 (as per Saudi regulations) 5+ years of HSE experience in construction or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, Health & Safety regulations, and risk management protocols Excellent reporting, incident investigation, and communication skills Responsibilities : Oversee HSE plan implementation and procedures Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and training sessions Ensure compliance with regulatory and client HSE standards Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans Collaborate with project teams to promote a safety culture
