As the Safety Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a strong safety culture and safeguarding the well-being of employees across a dynamic group of companies in multiple sectors throughout Saskatchewan. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, you will provide strategic leadership in developing, implementing, and enhancing health and safety programs that not only meet but exceed Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) legislation, industry standards, and company policies. This is a high-impact position where you will influence corporate strategy, lead meaningful safety initiatives, and collaborate with a committed leadership team that values operational excellence, innovation, and genuine care for people.
