JOB SUMMARY

We are urgently seeking experienced Safety Manager and Safety Engineers to join our projects in the UAE. The ideal candidates will ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of effective safety programs across construction sites.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in construction safety management.
• Valid UAE safety certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety laws, regulations, and construction site standards.
• Ability to enforce safety protocols and lead safety teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

• Develop, implement, and monitor site safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections on-site.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health & safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
• Coordinate with management, engineers, and contractors to maintain a safe working environment.
