Description
Overview: Plan, develop, implement, and establish control mechanisms for the company’s processes, aligned with the applicable standards and regulations for each of them: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems) ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems) ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) WoW (Way of Working – WW) Safety 1st Job Description Plans and develops the management of processes and their interactions by coordinating the WoW system in areas related to safety, hygiene, and the environment. Plans, develops, implements, and establishes control mechanisms for the administration of new projects and their interactions concerning occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental protection. Establishes work standards through operational analysis to meet occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements in accordance with government regulations and company policies. Reduces the risk of injuries by implementing improvements based on occupational safety and hygiene principles, as well as ergonomic studies, in compliance with applicable regulations. Reduces the risk of environmental impacts by applying improvements based on environmental management principles, in compliance with applicable regulations. Manages and controls documentation related to the integrated management system in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Leads the follow-up of preventive and corrective actions within the integrated management system related to safety and environmental matters. Trains administrative personnel on the integrated training system related to safety and environmental topics. Approves workstations and work areas in accordance with safety and environmental requirements to ensure safe and sustainable operations. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position within the manufacturing, automotive, and/or logistics industry, with proven experience in personnel management or direct supervisory responsibilities.
