Safety Officer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of UAE experience

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience, preferably in the construction/MEP industry, with good knowledge of site safety and HSE procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and UAE safety requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.
Monitor proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
Prepare and maintain safety reports and documentation.
Assist with risk assessments and method statement reviews.
Report and follow up on unsafe conditions and corrective actions.
Coordinate with site teams to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in incident/accident reporting and investigation when required.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Safety Officer.
Construction/MEP experience preferred.
Relevant Safety/HSE qualification or certification.
NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Good knowledge of site safety procedures.
Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
