Position: Safety Officer
Location: UAE
Experience Required: 4 – 5 years in UAE
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & qualifications)

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety (preferred).
• 4 – 5 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer in the UAE.
• Must have worked under Trakhees Projects (mandatory).
• Possession of a valid Trakhees & SARS approval is a must.
• NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent international HSE certification.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, HSE standards, and authority requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to enforce safety compliance on-site.

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, and other UAE regulatory authority safety standards.
• Implement and monitor the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies on-site.
• Conduct daily site inspections, identify potential hazards, and enforce corrective measures.
• Deliver safety induction and toolbox talks to workers, subcontractors, and site staff.
• Prepare, review, and maintain all HSE documentation, reports, and records as per Trakhees requirements.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near-misses, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are in place.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients regarding all safety-related matters.
• Promote a safety-first culture among site teams through awareness programs and consistent monitoring.
