JOB SUMMARY

• Ensure Implementation of HSE policy, plan, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all current legislation, codes of practice, and relevant standards.
• Conduct site safety Inductions, toolbox meetings, and in-house trainings.
• Assess risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations.
• Maintain safe working conditions by conducting periodic inspections of the equipments, tools, fire extinguishers, and the worksite and correcting any deficiencies.
• Monitor site welfare facilities, housekeeping activities, and manual handling activities.
• Prepare HSE reports, maintain proper records, and perform root cause analysis for incident/accident
• Ensure all accidents and personal injuries are reported and documented to the management.
• Promote and reinforce safe behaviors across projects and job sites.
• Handle site waste management and manage the provision of site first aid.
• Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement.

QUALIFICATION:

• Diploma
• OSHAD or Nebosh certification
• In-depth knowledge of UAE health & safety regulations
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in similar roles
• Expert in MS office
