Job Description:

The Construction Industry Safety Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing company safety programs to ensure a safe working environment. They identify hazards, develop policies, conduct training, and ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor construction sites to identify safety hazards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Investigate incidents and accidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Develop and implement health and safety programs.
• Maintain records of safety-related incidents and training.
• Provide safety orientation and training to new employees.
• Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and prepare documentation for site approvals.
