We are a leading manpower supply company in Dubai, specializing in construction and infrastructure projects. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer with a strong background in infrastructure works to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Safety Officer to ensure a safe working environment across our infrastructure project sites. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction safety protocols and hands-on experience managing HSE compliance on infrastructure developments such as roads, bridges, utilities, or civil works.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in infrastructure projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and infrastructure site protocols.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Implement and monitor the company’s HSE policies and procedures on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training sessions to site personnel.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation and participate in audits and inspections.
• Liaise with project managers and site engineers to address safety concerns promptly.
