Ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations, permits, and company standards. Prepare for and support regulatory inspections, compile evidence, records, and corrective action plans. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Monitor leading indicators (near-misses, safety observations, training completion, audit closure rates) and lagging indicators (TRIR, LTIR, DART, first-aid cases). Analyze trends, maintain dashboards, and report safety KPIs and insights to site leadership on a defined cadence. Recommend targeted interventions based on data (e.g., training, engineering controls, procedure changes). Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis Investigate incidents, first-aid cases, and near-misses promptly; preserve scene, gather evidence, interview witnesses.
