We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Safety Officer to join our growing team to support our commitment to a safe and healthy workplace. Based in Sydney, this is an exciting opportunity focuses on maintaining compliance and promoting workplace safety culture in our construction sites.
As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for enforcing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with various teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that all workplace activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum of Cert 4 in Work Health & Safety or related fields.
• Proven experience in workplace health and safety roles in high-rise residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of WH&S legislation, policies, and best practices.
• Ability to manage employees and subcontractors with a safety-first approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
