• Conducting regular site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
• Implementing corrective actions to eliminate or control risks.
• Preparing and delivering safety induction and training for workers.
• Investigating incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and preparing detailed reports.
• Ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Coordinating with management, contractors, and workers to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintaining all safety records, permits, and compliance documents.
