• Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification Inspect work areas to identify potential hazards.Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.Recommend preventive measures.
• Compliance with Regulations Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) laws.Stay updated on local, national, and international safety standards.Coordinate with regulatory bodies.
• Safety Training & Awareness Conduct training programs for employees on workplace safety.Develop safety manuals and procedures.Promote a safety culture in the workplace.
• Incident Investigation & Reporting Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses.Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.Maintain records of incidents and inspections.
• Emergency Preparedness & Response Develop emergency response plans (ERP).Organize fire drills and first aid training.Ensure availability of PPE and emergency equipment.
