This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, and employees, while protecting community property. YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL… * Perform scheduled rounds both inside and outside the community buildings to maintain a secure environment. * Respond to all alarms and emergency calls. Perform first aid/CPR as necessary. Responsible for immediate notification of emergencies to appropriate personnel. * Provide timely, accurate reports, including incident reports, safety inspections, repair and service requests, emergencies, and delivers report(s) to supervisor. * Assist with special security needs as they arise involving employees, visitors, and other members of the community. WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU… * Have a high school diploma or equivalent. * Possess a valid Driver's License. * Can follow written and oral instructions. * Have basic knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office. * Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. * Have experience in security and/or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - preferred. * Can pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle check.
