They ensure timely collection, review, and control of HSE data from contractors and site teams, monitor compliance with safety procedures, and coordinate documentation for audits and stakeholder reporting. This role supports continuous improvement by analyzing safety trends and recommending updates to administrative processes, contributing to a well-organized and compliant safety management system throughout the project lifecycle. 1. Review contractor's project and safety plan 2. Coordinate and review contractor's safety plan, Permit request & All HSE related document. 3. Weekly safety observation report 4. safety site walks Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, HSE. Minimum 3 years of experience in site-based project. Strong understanding of HSE regulation and implementation to project. Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols.
