We are hiring a qualified Safety Officer with proven experience in Dubai construction projects, particularly villas and residential towers. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering/Occupational Safety or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer in Dubai, specifically on villa and residential tower projects.
· Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and Dubai authority requirements.
· Excellent communication, reporting, and training skills.

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per mont

· Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific HSE plans and procedures.
· Conduct regular safety inspections and audits at project sites.
· Identify potential hazards and ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken.
· Deliver toolbox talks, training, and awareness sessions to site staff and workers.
· Prepare and maintain safety reports, documentation, and incident logs.
· Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory requirements.
· Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective measures.
· Promote a strong safety culture across all project teams.
