ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety and Risk Coordinator to join our Mobile Speed Cameras team at G4S. The Mobile Speed Cameras workforce of approximately 120 staff members, provides a high-profile operation across NSW, requiring robust safety and risk management protocols due to the diverse range of activities our operators undertake.
The role is based on-site in Ingleburn, working closely with our management team and control room, gaining valuable insight into the day-to-day operations and supporting our frontline operators in the field. This unique position offers the opportunity to truly understand their experiences and contribute to a strong safety culture.
You will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all personnel and maintaining a safe working environment through the guidance of our G4S safety initiatives.
Reporting to the Contract Lead (Alex), you will work closely with the workforce to execute the below responsibilities:
This role will require ad hoc travel to various operational sites within NSW and ACT to conduct on-the-job assessments, safety and risk reviews, and incident investigations, ensuring consistent safety standards and proactive risk management across all locations. Vehicle and accommodation will be provided when travel is required.
