YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent experience
  • Ability to identify and assess risk and deliver training programs
  • Computer literacy with a sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products
  • Experience within a warehousing, logistics and/or logistics industry would be highly desirable
Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Safety, Security & Systems Coordinator to join our team at Edinburgh. In this role, you will ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality management systems while supporting the depot’s operations.
You will play a key role in maintaining adherence to legislative requirements, managing risks, and fostering a culture of safety and security within the organisation.

Based on the Edinburgh RAAF base, on Kaurna land, your role purpose will be:

  • Implement and manage safety and security practices in accordance with Major Hazard Facility (MHF)
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures for safety and security
  • Investigate safety or security breaches and provide detailed reports to management
  • Manage contractor operations, including inductions, work permits, audits, and compliance monitoring
  • Maintain accurate records for audits related to safety, security, and business services
  • Support environmental management plans and ensure facilities meet contractual requirements
