Responsibilities

As our Safety & Security Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant environment at our Distribution Center (DC) in Cheb, Karlovy Vary Region, Czechia. This state-of-the-art facility with almost 250.000 spm, set to open in the second half of 2026, will be the largest and most highly automated DC in our global network. You will lead risk prevention efforts, ensure alignment with global and local regulations, and promote a strong culture of safety and awareness across the site.

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive actions to ensure safety for all
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, as well as our global policies and Code of Ethics standards
  • Maintain the DC in optimal condition, ensuring all safety and security protocols are up to date
  • Implement and follow up on safety, security, and information security standards
  • Detect compliance risks and manage loss prevention strategies
  • Coordinate annual stock takes and related security routines
  • Support business growth by aligning security strategy with operational goals
  • Raise health and safety awareness and educate the DC team
  • Conduct audits and provide feedback to management for constant improvement
  • Build and develop the team through recruitment, succession, and talent planning
