Key Responsibilities Monitor and patrol hotel premises to prevent safety hazards and security breaches. Assist with pre-opening preparations, including developing security procedures, SOPs, emergency plans, and conducting risk assessments. Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents promptly and professionally. Operate and monitor CCTV, access control, and other surveillance systems. Ensure compliance with IHG safety standards and local regulations. Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment, exits, and security-sensitive areas. Provide support during investigations, incident reporting, and documentation. Assist in training colleagues on safety awareness, emergency evacuation, and security procedures. Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and external agencies when required. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel or corporate security; experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage. Familiarity with safety, emergency response, and surveillance systems. Strong observational skills and ability to respond effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla. Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods. Integrity, alertness, and a service-oriented mindset are essential.
