Role Overview: Manages organizational security and safety activities Identifies, investigates, or resolves security and safety breaches Responds to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures. Trains subordinate security and safety professionals or other organization members in rules and procedures Trains employees on environmental awareness, conservation, or safety topics Assesses risks to mitigate potential consequences of incidents and develops a plan to respond to incidents Communicates security and safety status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols Plans, directs, or coordinates security and safety activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property Develops security and safety standards, policies, or procedures Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree holder With 3-4 years of related work experience Preferably with experience in handling Manufacturing and Warehouse security Has experience in Project Management Preferably a Certified Security Professional (CSP) and took Basic Occupational Safety and Health training We are committed to providing our employees with the best possible experience.
