THE ROLE
The Safety Supervisor is responsible for managing and mentoring the Romulus leadership team to support implementation of safety processes. In this role you are responsible for analyzing and identifying strategies for a site that align with company strategies. This role will have the ability to collaborate cross functionally across all levels of a site or region to lead and engage resources. This position often requires high level of communication skill to influence others within the organization to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches, where influences do not align. The ability to identify when something is likely to go wrong and reacting accordingly to bring up or engage the right resource to initiate problem solving is critical.
