Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional ready to take the next step in your career? Do you have a strong track record of building and managing safety management systems for complex construction and engineering programmes? Are you confident in producing detailed technical documentation and analysing health and safety performance data to uncover key insights? If so, come and join EDF as a Safety Systems and Improvement Advisor!
You’ll manage, develop, and maintain the HPC safety management system and its related procedures, working closely with subject matter experts. Overseeing the health, safety, lifting, and temporary works department’s performance data reporting and produce insightful reports that highlight emerging trends and issues.
Ensure organisational learning from health and safety reports is effectively managed and shared with teams to drive action. Support monitoring, auditing, and review processes to maintain consistent performance and compliance with NNB health and safety standards by collaborating with the Head of Department, Area Safety Leads, construction teams, internal departments, and Tier 1 contractors.
Engage with key stakeholders to review and implement the health and safety management system and lead regular management system reviews to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
