Job Summary Details: We are seeking a dedicated Safety Technician to support the safe execution of electrical installations in a semiconductor environment. This role is critical to maintaining compliance with safety standards, conducting inspections, and promoting a culture of safety across all phases of the project. The Safety Technician will work closely with project teams to identify hazards, implement controls, and ensure adherence to site-specific safety protocols. Pay: 35.00 per hour. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: Key Responsibilities Monitor daily work activities to ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standards Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across electrical install zones Support incident investigations and root cause analysis Maintain and update safety documentation, including JHAs, permits, and training records Deliver safety orientations and toolbox talks to crews and subcontractors Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and client safety teams to resolve safety concerns Ensure proper use of PPE and safe operation of equipment and tools Track and report safety metrics and trends to leadership Qualifications Minimum 2 years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments OSHA 30 certification required; CHST or other safety credentials preferred Familiarity with semiconductor protocols a plus Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work in fast-paced, high-risk environments with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software Must pass background check and drug screening
