We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety / Trainer to support our underground operations and drive continuous improvement. About the role: • Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the HSEQT management plan.• Provide expert coaching and guidance as a part of the site leadership team.• Facilitate incident investigations and improved outcomes.• Drive ownership & accountability for corrective actions management.• Add value at the work front using your experience and training expertise.• Various family friendly rosters available.• FIFO from Perth & East coast (depending on project location).• Full-time permanent positions. About you: • Cert IV Work Health and Safety (Minimum) - Diploma or above (desirable).• Cert IV in Training and Assessing (TAE40122 or equivalent).• Underground Mining experience (desirable).• ICAM Lead investigator.• Formal auditing qualifications (desirable).• Proficient with HSEQT reporting platforms (e.g. Evotix or similar).• Experience with learning management systems (e.g. Cloud Assess).• Intermediate level computing skills.• Current Australian Driver's License (Manual) and ability to pass site medical and pre-employment checks.
