As the Safety & Training Coordinator with MWM Environmental you will lead a wide variety of training and safety planning/implementation across the three Manitoba divisions. As the lead trainer for new Class 3 Driver’s, you will require a Class 3 License and driving experience to effectively provide hands on training for new and existing drivers. There will be frequent travel needed across the divisions during weekdays, with a guarantee to be home every weekend and stable working hours. • Orientate and lead training of all new and existing employees, with a focus on hands-on training of all new and existing driver’s including frequent ride-a-longs and annual reviews
