Description

The Safety Manager (Trainer) provides on-site leadership for safety, compliance, and training activities within a single transportation contract. This role is responsible for reinforcing safe work practices, managing a small team, ensuring adherence to company standards, supporting incident response, and delivering established training programs to frontline employees. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $70,000. - $75,000 annually (final offer based on experience, skills, and market alignment). The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
