THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you passionate about outdoor adventure and dedicated to creating safe, unforgettable experiences? The Adventure Group, Whistler’s leading outdoor activity provider, is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Training and Safety Manager. In this key role, you’ll oversee safety standards and training programs across diverse activities—from snowmobiling and snowshoeing to ziplines, aerial obstacle courses, Vallea Lumina, side-by-sides, and rafting. If you have strong knowledge of safety regulations, a knack for team development, and the ability to collaborate across departments, this is your chance to lead safety and training in one of Canada’s top adventure companies!
