This role goes beyond compliance—focusing on proactive risk management, leadership capability, and continuous improvement. This role provides high quality safety and wellbeing services aligned to the safety and wellbeing strategy, frameworks, standards and supporting systems. What’s Involved: Partner with leaders to manage risks and ensure safe systems of work are implemented and monitored Support change management activities and rollout of safety programs and initiatives Build leader capability through coaching, training, and engagement to promote a positive safety culture Lead and support incident investigations and risk assessments, using safety data and insights to drive continuous improvement Please note: On-call support required one weekend every 4–6 weeks and some interstate travel may be required. Who We’re Looking For: You are skilled at working with a broad range of stakeholders, with the ability to negotiate and influence positive outcomes. You have strong attention to detail and can plan and organise your time to manage your workload autonomously. You’ll Need: Significant experience in a similar level role Tertiary qualification in health and safety, injury management, or related discipline Ability to operate within a complex and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and inspire proactive action and change Previous experience in a retail environment highly desirable You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
