Description:
The Sales Administrator serves as a vital link between customers and the Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) team, providing essential support to ensure seamless operations. This role encompasses both pre- and post-sales services, contributing to an exceptional client experience. The Sales Administrator will exclusively provide administrative support to team members who are on track with their sales targets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated. By managing key administrative functions, this role enables the EAM team to dedicate more time to strategic client engagement and relationship building.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate client post-sales engagement by coordinating training dates, confirming attendee numbers, and managing the collection of required sales documentation, including booking forms, purchase orders (PO), proof of payment (POP), and quotations.
- Serve as the primary communication liaison between the EAM and training booking contact (coordinator) to ensure seamless information flow.
- Provide post-sales support, including assistance with invoices, letters of attendance, and certificate-related queries.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for client queries, complementing the efforts of the sales executive.
- Address and resolve critical client concerns and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in meetings to provide insights and updates on sales-related matters.
- Supporting the National Sales Manager by tracking team activities and performance metrics.
- Assist with onboarding for new sales team members to ensure their smooth integration and success.
- Min 2 years? experience in an administrative position.
- Matric.
- NQF Level 6 in Administration would be an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Microsoft office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent people skills.
- Good time management.
- Preference will be given to employment equity candidates.
