Description Job Summary: This position will work in multiple facets in production. Machine operation as well as hand tool operation will be used in different areas of production. Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following but not limited to other duties that may be assigned. · Machine operation that includes using various hand tools per production requirements · Responsible for cleaning and inspecting product equipment and materials · Must express a passion towards meeting production goals · Able to work independently and in a team environment · Ability to communicate with team members in an efficient and effective manner · Responsible to ensure work area is clean and kept in good order · Must express good mechanical skills · Must have good understanding of simple pneumatic and hydraulic systems · Able to work overtime as needed PM21 Requirements Qualifications: · High School Diploma/GED · Ability to follow demonstrated directions · Good communication skills · Ability to read written instruction Physical Demands: · Should be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75lbs. · Stand/Walk for full shift (8-12 hours) · Bend/Twist · Ability to work with both hands on a constant basis Work Environment: The production work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Team Member* encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
