SAGITEC NEOSPIN ARCHITECT – PENSION

Sabot Consulting is seeking a Sagitec Neospin Architect to support a comprehensive IT feasibility study aimed at modernizing its digital services for customers and employers. This role will focus on evaluating the Neospin platform as a proposed solution for replacing legacy customer and employer portals, aligning with end client standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural analysis and documentation of the Neospin platform as part of the feasibility study.
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to define high-level technical requirements and essential portal functionalities.
• Participate in stakeholder engagement activities, including validation sessions and technical collaboration with multiple teams.
• Ensure alignment of Neospin capabilities with statutory requirements and agency strategic direction.
• Support the finalization and presentation of the feasibility study to client leadership.

Must Have:

• Proven experience architecting and implementing Sagitec Neospin solutions, preferably in public sector or retirement system environments.
• Deep understanding of secure web portals, user authentication, and high-volume data submission systems.
• Strong skills in technical documentation, cost estimation, and structured alternatives evaluation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholder groups.

Nice To Have:

• Familiarity with Feasibility Study Requirements for IT Investments.
• Experience with State level pension systems or other public retirement systems.
• Background in financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis.
• Prior involvement in modernization efforts for pension administration platforms.
