SAHPR Administrative Assistant - The Sexual Assault and Harassment Prevention and Response Location: Alexandria, VA – Onsite Clearance Level: Able to Obtain Public Trust Contract: Long Term Contract JOB DESCRIPTION Role Overview: The Sexual Assault and Harassment Prevention and Response (SAHPR) Administrative Assistant provides specialized support for sensitive policy development and program execution. Detailed Responsibilities: Support the development, review, and maintenance of policies, procedures, guidance documents, FAQs, and other materials related to sexual assault and harassment prevention and response. Conduct research and analysis to support program objectives. Perform rigorous editorial reviews to ensure accuracy and audience appropriateness. Produce communications that reflect agency policy, regulatory requirements, and NSF Office of the Director practices. Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion. Basic Qualifications: Experience supporting sensitive programs (e.g., harassment prevention, HR, or regulatory compliance). Exceptional writing and editorial skills. Ability to conduct research and synthesize findings into policy documents. Familiarity with agency policy and regulatory requirements.
