We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer with a solid Java and DevOps background to support and enhance our Identity & Access Management (IAM) environment. Your key mission will be to ensure our SailPoint IdentityIQ platform remains stable, secure, and available 24/7-delivering a critical service to the business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technically challenging environment, is passionate about secure identity solutions, and values stability and reliability in enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop, maintain, and support the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform
– Ensure the application is operational 24/7 with minimal downtime
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a DevOps environment
– Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
– Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize IAM-related systems
– Work with on-prem and cloud (Azure) infrastructure as part of solution delivery
– Help drive forward containerization and modern tooling adoption
Candidates must have:
– At least 4 years of experience with SailPoint IIQ, including using Java APIs
OR
– At least 7 years of Java experience with a willingness to learn SailPoint IIQ APIs
Required Skills & Experience:
– Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including business analysis, design, and development
– DevOps experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
– Strong Java development skills (Java 17 minimum)
– Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Bitbucket/GIT, Nexus Repository, Ansible, Azure DevOps
– Experience working with Linux-based systems
– Comfortable in cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure
– Appreciation for containerization tools, e.g., Docker
